Delivery
What are your standard lead times on orders?
We keep healthy stock levels of our most common items at all our warehouse locations, allowing for same-day despatch and prompt delivery of day-to-day orders. On larger stock orders, we aim for a three week lead time from date of order.
What are your freight minimums?
We offer freight-free delivery on orders valued over a certain amount. This applies to standard delivery terms, and varies by location. Please contact us if you have any special requests.

What are your standard export shipping terms?
The standard export shipping terms from our Wellington factory are on a DAP basis. This means that all duty and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We’re happy to look at other options if this doesn’t suit you.
What are your standard delivery times?
By default, consignments are sent on standard shipping (see table below), but expedited shipping options are available on request. These vary by shipment, so please let us know if you are interested in this when you place your enquiry or order.

Product
Where do your fittings come from?
The fittings in our core product range are manufactured in our New Zealand factory, which you’ll find in Wellington. Once upon a time Lonely Planet voted our city the ‘Coolest Little Capital in the World.’ We’re certainly not arguing.
We digress. The rest of our fittings are produced in cooperation with another manufacturer we’re on good terms with. These fittings still undergo quality testing according to our strict tolerances, so you can rest assured there. We’re not ashamed to put our name to them, which hopefully says something.
Do you offer custom bending solutions?
Our plant is suited to small-batch manufacturing of standardised items and is not ideal for custom bending of one-off units. We will consider batch manufacturing of special products required on an ongoing basis, so contact us to see if we can help with this.

How can I buy off you?
We’d love to sell to you, but right now we’re not set up for retail sale. There’s still a few options from here:
- If it’s just a few of our awesome products you’re after, you could try one of our current resellers.
- You can submit a zero dollar enquiry through the website by setting up an account and adding the products you want to your cart. We’ll then forward your enquiry to your nearest or preferred supplier (if you state one).
- If you’re a merchant and interested in becoming a reseller, get in touch with us and we’ll take it from there.
